A lovely old country villa situated at a mere 10 minute walk (500 meters) to the village of Pollensa, ideal for small families not wanting to be confined to the use of a car. It is simple but well looked after. The swimming pool, with a new wooden deck, is situated on the side of the house surrounded by palm trees, colourful flowers and large lawn area as well as a children’s playground. In the back of the house is a large porch with a BBQ for outside dining with total privacy.
