A 200 year old traditional Spanish cortijo in the tranquil hamlet of Fuente Amarga, set amongst the orange and olive groves, 10 minutes from the major town of Huércal Overa , 10 minutes from the motorway.
The cortijo is situated in a secluded but not isolated hamlet, it has 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) a bathroom and a lounge/dining area. There is a patio to the front of the property and to the rear the is a large 10m x 4m shared swimming pool.
This property would appeal to someone who is looking for traditional Spain and not the hustle and bustle of the Costas, although beautiful beaches are an half hour drive away.
The property has mains electricity and water, unfortunately no telephone but mobiles work ok and internet is possible.
