Luxury apartment with larger than average living area and furnished to a very-high standard. All the necessary amenities are within easy walking distance including shops, bars, restaurants, medical centre, chemist and beach. A lovely walkway along the cliff tops also runs to the rear of the complex. Choice of beaches within walking distance with Campoamor just over 1 km and Cabo Roig in the other diretcion just a little further. The property is located within a secure block surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and paths that lead to the lovely communal swimming pool with its own unique design . All around the pool there are seats and umbrellas provided together with lots grassed areas for the more dedicated sun worshipper. A useful toilet facility is also provided for residents and guests set in an artificial tree to stay in keeping with the natural environment which has been created. Once inside the apartment you enter into a small hall which then turns into the main living area which will impress all who stay. The large kitchen on the right hand side is fully equipped and has been designed to for maximum space and ease of use. A rear door leads from the kitchen out to a small terrace which provides the ideal in drying area. There is also a utility cupboard in the kitchen which houses the boiler, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchens equipment includes: fridge freezer, oven & hob, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. All the usual self catering equipment is supplied e.g cutlery, crockery, pots pans etc. The living area has been tastefully furnished with matching items including a dining table with 4 chairs, a 4/5 seater L shaped sofa, coffee table and an impressive wall unit. The television proves all your favourite UK channels plus a selection of sky channels and there is a DVD player. Double doors open out onto large curved covered terrace overlooking the communal green areas and also has a sea view. There are external steps which lead down to the path to the communal pool. An external table and chairs are provided. Back inside and the guest can take advantage of the hot and cold vented air conditioning system which services all rooms. The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and doors that also-lead out onto the covered terrace. The en suite us equipped with a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, w.c. and bidet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table and fitted wardrobes. All necessary bedding is provided. The second bathroom has a shower with cubicle, w.c and wash hand basin. All bath and hand towels are provided. This is a very special property for anybody looking for something a bit more from their holiday or long term accommodation. Long Term rental will be considered over the winter months.
