Upstairs the 2 double bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers. The bed make up comprises of 4 single beds ideal for golfing parties. An extra fold up bed allows for a 5th guest.
The full family bathroom has a bath with shower, w.c. bidet and hand basin.
The property has an alarm and security grills and is situated in a road where there is a mix of residents and holiday makers.
There is a pleasant garden to the front with a variety of plants and colours. To the side of the house there is off road parking and a small raised patio with garden and lighting for those al fresco evenings.
The communal pool is only a short walk away.
The property is situated in a very popular area for tourists who want to spend their holiday in a relaxed environment with the benefit of all the necessary amenities close by.
The area is well served by shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, many within walking distance. The choice of blue flag beaches is endless and for the golfer there are 3 courses within a 10 minute drive.
Situated 45 minutes south of Alicante airport and 20 minutes north of Murcia, makes this a very accessible location that has a lot to offer.
