2 bed 2 bathroom ground floor end duplex with large garden and communal pool close by. This bright and spacious property comes fully furnished and equipped with everything for the self catering holiday or longer term stay. The covered terrace enjoys un-overlooked views of a natural green area and distant views of the sea. Short walk to amenities including supermarket, banks, doctors, shops and plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from. UK TV. Walk to Villa Martin golf club and 10 minutes by car to neighbouring courses Campoamor and Las Ramblas. Those who like a more active holiday will not be disappointed with many other activities to chose from locally including horse riding, cycling, quad bikes, go karts, scuba diving and even paint balling Location 10 minutes off of the main coast road and access point to motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For the beach lovers there is an endless choice along the nearby coast and the closest beach at La Zenia is one of the most popular and again is only 10 minutes away by car. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. by car and benefits from being located between Alicante and Murcia airports. Alicante airport is 45 minutes drive and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 25 minutes. This property is also available for longer lets at a monthly rent of €500 plus bills. The spacious living area has a double sofa bed, coffee table and an attractive feature fireplace. The owner has added pictures together with other decorative items which helps to create a more welcoming environment for guests. A television with a digital UK system is also provided together with CD player. The dining area with easy access to the kitchen has a dining table and 4 chairs and matching wall unit. The property has cutlery, crockery etc to accommodate 6 people easily. The modern fitted kitchen which has been finished to a high standard is fully equipped with an oven and hob, extractor, fridge freezer and washing machine. Other equipment includes a kettle and toaster and all the necessary cooking necessities, cutlery crockery etc. Marble worktops including a large surface ideal for preparing food. In addition to the generous cupboard and storage space, there is a utility area where the boiler is housed and provides lots of room for storing household items. The main bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. The en-suite shower room to the main bedroom also has a wash hand basin and w.c. The bedroom window looks out onto the neighbouring garden. All the necessary bedding is supplied. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table with lamp and fitted wardrobes. Again all the necessary bedding is supplied. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c , bidet and wash hand basin with vanity unit and mirror. Bath and hand towels are provided. Other equipments includes:
2 electric oil filled radiator for the cooler months.
External table with 4 chairs.
2 sun loungers.
This property is ideally located for holiday and long term rental. Close to amenities for convenience but far enough away to enjoy a more relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.
