La Zenia 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment with large roof top solarium. Situated close to shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen, UK TV, communal pool, air conditioning throughout. Outside furniture includes a table with 4 chairs, sun umbrella and 2 loungers. Parking available in the road and in a parking area at the end of the block. (Sleeps up to 6)
The Location: Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit Choice of 4 great golf courses 15 minutes away by car and walking distance to La Zenia Beach. Many blue flag beaches only a short drive in either direction along this part of the coast. Other facilities include nearby chemist, medical centre and choice of supermarkets. Other activities in the area include, go karts, horse riding, cycling and water sports. Great location for long term and holiday rental. Only 45 minutes south of Alicante airport and 25 minutes north of Murcia, making this a very accessible location that has a lot to offer. This first floor duplex apartment has a bright welcoming living area with 2 comfortable sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs.
The wall unit houses the television which has a system offering UK channels. A portable stereo is also provided. At the far end of the lounge there are sliding patio doors that lead out onto a small sun terrace with an external table and 4 chairs. Hot and cold air conditioning is provided in the lounge. The open kitchen has an arched serving area and door way. The fully fitted kitchen has fridge freezer, oven& hob, washing machine and microwave oven. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses, even tea towels etc are provided. A toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board are also included.. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 upstairs. The main bedroom downstairs has a double bed, 2 bed side units with lamps and fitted wardrobes.
The other 2 double bedrooms have 2 single beds in each, bedside units and free standing wardrobes. All bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning. In addition there are 2 standing fans available. All the necessary bedding is provided. The family bathroom is situated on the ground floor of the apartment and has a bath with overhead shower, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin set in a vanity unit. Upstairs the en-suite has a shower, wash hand basin and w.c, Linen and towels are provided. Roof top solarium with sea view.
