This fully air conditioned luxury first floor apartment can sleep up to six people There is a bright and spacious open plan living and dining area with patio doors to the south facing balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and the golf course. A luxurious settee transforms into a very comfortable double bed at the same time as enjoying the stunning view which can also be enjoyed from the dining table whilst savouring delicious Spanish cuisine Two bright and airy bedrooms (with twin beds in each which can be zipped together to form double beds. There are stunning mountain views from the bedroom balconies as well as ample wardrobe and storage space. There is a luxury bathroom with bath suite shower and bidet. The fully fitted kitchen includes, oven & hob, microwave, toaster,kettle , fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher + dinner service and cutlery.
Bed Linen and Towels are also supplied.
There is dining furiniture on the balcony perfect for enjoying al-fresco dining and sipping on a glass of Sangria whilst watching the sunset over the surrounding greenery. Sunloungers are also supplied
For entertainment there is Internet Access, Satellite television, DVD and a CD player.
There is ample parking and a private garage. Outside areas of the building have external lighting.
All the apartments at Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort have been designed to maintain the charm of the typical constructions in the area. At Hacienda Riquelme you can't help but allow yourself to be seduced by the fantastic Nicklaus designed golf course as well as the stunning views of the countryside.
The whole complex at Hacienda Riquelme has been developed around a splendid 18-hole golf course designed by the golf master himself, Jack Nicklaus. It has a total area of 1.353.041 m2 with the golf course, green areas and communal services all within a protected perimeter. CCTV cameras and controlled access to the resort ensure 24 hour security.
Apart from the course itself there are a host of other facilities such as a clubhouse, pro-shop, driving range and golf academy.
Every care has been taken to preserve the charm and elegance of this manor estate, with its beautiful landscaped gardens, water features, large avenues flanked by native plants and views through the valley to the Mar Menor.
Note:- This is a new development and the golf course is expected to be open in the spring of 2008. It is anticipated that there will be bars, shops and restaurants in the resort in the near future. For the short term, our apartment is ideal for keen golfers seeking the challenge of the many surrounding golf courses or anyone wanting a base to visit the local area and discover the beauty and treasures of Murcia.
