As you enter the apartment, there is a fully fitted kitchen, with fridge/freezer,dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and ample storage cupboards with cooking and dining utensils. The washing machine is in the attached utility room. The comfortable lounge/dining area is complete with a sofa , a sofa bed and two rocling chairs, Sky Satellite TV , dining table and chairs. The master bedroom has two twin beds, fitted wardrobes ,and a full bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes with a shower room adjacent to it.
There is a small terrace accessible from the lounge, facing the pool and garden with patio furniture. The pool area is surrounded by very extensive gardens, streams and ponds. Just a stroll through these gardens takes you to the beach, where there is an attractive promenade with beach bars. The urbanisation benefits from the exclusive beach front location with access to clean sandy beaches.
Rental prices are per week and include all linen .Babysitting can be organised locally on your arrival.

Costalita lies between Estepona and Puerto Banus. Its clean, safe and uncrowded beach make it a popular choice with holiday makers often returning year after year. It is within the fashionable town of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Marbella & Puerto Banus are full of interesting shops and restaurants. There are water sports and international restaurants within 5 mins drive, whilst championship course, Los Flamingos, is just 5 minutes.

right on your doorstep is Los Flamingos.
