A spacious, seafront, three bedroom duplex apartment situated in a small securely gated complex. The penthouse has two floors with approx. 140 sq mtrs of living area, with a terrace on both floors, both having stunning uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean & Alcossebre coastline. The first floor has a bright, spacious lounge & dining area, with seating for six people in the living area & a dining table with six chairs in the dining area. There are patio doors leading from the dining area to the lower terrace, which has a built in barbecue area & a table with six chairs. There is a large separate kitchen comprising of oven, hob, microwave, washing machine & fridge freezer. The 1st floor also houses the bathroom with bath & overhead shower, washbasin, WC & bidet. One of the twin bedrooms is situated on the first floor, with built in wardrobes & patio doors leading onto the terrace. Two short flights of stairs lead to the 2nd floor that houses the shower room with WC, washbasin & walk in shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms (one double & one twin) are also on the upper floor & both have built in wardrobes & patio doors leading onto the upper terrace. The upper terrace has 2 sun loungers & a table with 2 chairs. A portable childs cot is also in the apartment. Outside the apartment, the communal pool & gardens are within a secure gated area & the pool is regularly maintained. The apartment also benefits from plenty of parking areas just outside the complex.
This is a real 'home from home' property NOT the usual 'soulless' rental apartment.
The Mallorca II apartments are ideally situated on the seafront between Las Fuentas Marina and the town of Alcossebre, therefore the bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the areas five ‘blue flag’ beaches are all within easy walking distance.

The bustling towns facilities include shops, banks, internet cafes and a tourist information centre where they can advise you on all the local tourist attractions and walks through the Sierra D’Irta national park which is only ten minutes walk away from the apartment.
There are also plenty of other activities to enjoy in the towns surrounding Alcossebre e.g. golf, go-karting
