This lovely 1st floor apartment is in a quiet residential area close to Quesada only 325Euros per month, on a long let. All the buildings in the area are only 2 floor high. The motorway is only 2 minutes drive from here.
The apartment is up a short flight of marble steps and has a covered front terrace with outdoor furniture. It is a reformed more traditional spanish apartment, but comes fully furnished. Entering in to the lounge there is sat tv, a large comfy sofa and chairs, and a dining area for 4 people, with easy access to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has fridge freezer, washing machine, cooker and microwave, etc. There is a back door and staircase leading to the very large private roof terrace with great views of the surrounding area, and the salt lakes. There are 2 double bedrooms, both with double beds and storage. And a modern bathroom with glazed shower enclosure.
