This brand new apartment is in the residencial complex of rosaleda 4, situated next to the village inn in catral. It is easy walking distance to all ameneties and there is a communal swimming pool and childrens play area in the complex.
The apartment is on the first floor (top floor) and has a staircase from the back of the community area (seperate private entrance) to the front door of the apartment. The front door opens directly into the lounge which has a balcony and large patio doors which overlooks the countryside and mountains of crevillente. There is a seperate kitchen which has granite worktops, lots of storage space and a seperate utility room. Also in the lounge is a spiral staircase which goes up to the landing and private roof terrace which has great views over the whole town and countryside.
From the lounge is a corridor giving access to the 2 spacious bedrooms, both have fitted wardobes and plenty of space for a double bed or 2 singles in each room. There is also 2 fully tiled family bathroom2.
This apartmetn has the advantage of a private entrance from calle san emigdio with a staircase at the back of the property for private access to the communal area aswell, meaning you dont have to walk through the communal area to get to the apartment and there is more parking space on the road.
