This is an extremely tidy and tastefully furnished apartment. The lounge area has two twin settee’s along with a coffee table, floor and wall units that match the dining furniture (which consists of a table and six chairs).
The lounge is equipped with cable TV with 34 channel supply (sky sports, BBC, ITV etc), CD player/radio.
Heating / cooling is via a single air conditioning / hot air unit
There is a front balcony off the lounge with patio tables and chairs.
The completely separate kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker hob and oven, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Crockery and utensils for 6 along, with a selection of glasses for that evening drink.
Bedrooms:
Two double bedrooms, one to the front with a double bed, the other to the side /rear has 2 single beds.
Full bath with shower over, basin, toilet and usual facilities
Outside:
Private roof patio, balcony and furniture. There are two communal swimming pools very close by.
The full sized roof patio (ideal for sun worshippers) is furnished with a table and 4 chairs.
Both patio’s have sun canopies fitted (manually operated)

This is a non smoking apartment. Any damaged or broken items should be replaced on a like for like basis.

Suitability:
children welcome (baby facilities available for small extra cost). No smoking within the apartment. A few stairs to climb to reach the apartment with further stairs leading up to the roof patio. Fully alarmed security system. Steel grills to windows and entrance door. (along with security gate shared with one other household leading up to the apartment.
Location Type: Quiet location, selection of towns nearby, 7 to 10 minutes by car from the beach, harbours at Alicanti and Torrevieja, with fishing, golfing and horse riding facilities in the area. Good nightlife. Plenty of scope for sunbathing. 3 / 4 minutes walk to nearest shops and restaurants
The apartment comes with all house hold linen and towels. Please take your own beach towels.

Private roof top solarium, 2 Communal swimming pools close by.
Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Golf facilities within a short distance with Villa Martin, as well as the championship course of La Finca. Other golf courses including La Manga Club are also within a short distance. Though not essential, transport (car hire) would make traveling and sight seeing far easier.

5 minutes by car from the beach, Plenty of scope for sunbathing.
3 or 4 minutes walk to nearest shops and restaurants
There is a wide range of cuisine available from Indian, French, and German restaurants, plus Spanish Tapas bar.
Torrevieja and Guardamar are the nearest towns. Both have an abundance of shops. The city of Alicanti and its Castle are well worth a visit. There is a Water Park in Torrevieja, as well as one of the largest markets in Europe held there every Friday. There are also local markets at La Marina on a Thursday and Sunday and Guardamar on a Wednesday. Large market at Santa Pola usually every Saturday. Quite a few golf courses within a short drive.
There is also a safari park within a short drive.
