Lovely two bedroomed apartment on the Entre Naranjos urbanisation. This property is on the ground floor, south facing and has a large balcony. The garden is a nice size and low maintenance.
The apartment is ideally located just a few minutes walk from Vista Bella Golf and restaurant and the newly established bowling club. The local villages of San Miguel and Los Montesinos are around 5 minutes by car and the sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Zenia are around a 15 minute drive. The historical town of Orrihuela is only a twenty minute drive away
The apartment has easy access to two local airports, the airport at Murcia can be reached in 30 minutes and the airport at Alicante around 50mins. If using as a holiday home this makes it ideal for short breaks and Ideal for a golfing weekend.
The current owners have had the apartment since new and have only used it as a holiday home, it has been well maintained and is immaculate inside and out.
A pathway leads up to the large balcony, ideal for Al Fresco dining and relaxing. There is room for a dining table and six chairs with additional space for more relaxed seating. Entry from the balcony is into a spacious open plan lounge and dining area.

The property benefits from security grilles on all windows as well shutters. There is a security fitted alarm which can be activated. There apartment has hot & cold air conditioning fitted in the lounge and both bedrooms.
There is roadside parking outside and further spaces to park at the end of the apartment block.
There is a communal pool with children’s section, showers and a grassed area for relaxing.
There is a supermarket within walking distance as well as a few bars/restaurants. There is also a children´s play area.
The property is immaculate inside and out and in an excellent location, it is sold fully furnished including white goods. Viewing is strongly recommended. This would create a perfect permanent home or equally is an ideal holiday apartment. It also has good letting potential.
