The apartment enjoys a poolside entrance and patio doors from the main living area giving instant access to the outside areas and wonderful views of the hills and mountains.
The spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area has fitted units, integral electric oven and hob, fridge,microwave and sink. There is a 4 seater dining table, double sprung sofa bed, English satelite t.v./dvd, airconditioning and heating. A retractable sun canopy can be extended out over the poolside patio area as well as there being a selection of parasols available, sunloungers, gas BBQ, tables and chairs.
The bedroom is a good size and can offer the flexibility of twin beds, king size, three singles or a double with a single or travel cot, to suit guests varied needs and it has aircon/heating. The bathroom has a full sized bath with overhead shower.
Guests also have access to a utility room containing a washing machine, freezer and pool furniture/inflatables/parasols/airers/ironing board etc.
Casa Alejandro apartment is a separate unit below our private villa, and whilst we leave our guests to enjoy their holiday independently, we are always on hand for information/directions etc. if needed.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels changed midweek, linen weekly, maid service available on request for small fee. There is ample parking and easy access is via a concrete road and private drive with just one step up to this ground floor apartment.
Self contained one bedroomed appartment in semi-rural location close to lake Vinuela. 45 minutes from Malaga airport, 20 minutes to Torre del Mar beach.Ideal for beach/rural Spain holidays.

Local Axarquia - Andalucia Attractions: 5 mins drive from beatiful Lake Vinuela, 45 mins drive from Malaga airport and 15-20 mins to Torre del Mar beach. A large modern shopping centre (with bowling alley, cinema and aqua park) is 15 mins drive. It has easy access to the coastal Motorway and the resorts of Nerja and Torrox Costa to the East and Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Fuegirola to the West. Granada is 1.5 hrs drive and Cordoba and Seville are within a days drive.There is a Natural Park within 10Km and hot natural Springs at Alhama. Local amenities include golf courses, walking, fishing, bird watching, mountain biking, watersports, horse riding, quad bikes, an aquapark and even skiing in winter. Nearer to home, there are two bar/restaurants within 10 mins walk and a choice of 6 restaurants(Spanish/English/Indian) within 20 mins walk. The nearby village of Vinuela (2Km) has a bank with cash dispenser and supermarket as well as a restaurant
