This 1 bedroom terrace house is situated on a nice complex set in sub tropical communal gardens with a large communal pool that has sun loungers around the terrace area.
Go through the front door which leads straight on to an open plan Kitchen, dining area and lounge; these rooms have a wooden beamed ceiling, patio doors lead out on to a small terrace area which looks on to a quiet natural land.
The kitchen comprises of a 2-ring hob, fridge freezer, cupboard units and washing machine. The dining area has a breakfast table with 2 stools.
The lounge area has a 3 seater sofa, wooden chair, coffee table, side table and unit for a T.V . A wooden staircase leads you up to the landing where you have a large fitted wardrobe, giving you plenty of space to store your clothing, extra sheets, blankets and towels.
Leading from the landing is the bathroom, that comprises of a toilet, bidet, sink, and bath with overhead shower.
The bedroom has two single beds pushed together to make one big bed, bedside tables and a small dresser under the mirror, there are large glass doors giving plenty of light.
APARTAMENTO PARQUE HOLANDES is 1 bedroom terrace house situated on a nice complex set in sub tropical communal gardens with a large communal pool with sun-loungers. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. Patio doors lead on to a small terrace area which looks on to a quiet natural landscape.
