The apartment may not be used as a party space but that of an accommodation for sleeping, eating, relaxing, etc. We emphasize that you look at the house rules thoroughly in order to avoid any problems. Our main objective is for the client to have a good experience in Barcelona.

1) >45 days to booking date, 50% refunded from booking amount.
2)< 45 days to booking date, 0% refunded from booking amount.

Security Deposit.
Refundable damage deposit of 300.00 Euro when you arrive at the apartment and keys are delivered (refunded to you on the morning of departure on return of the apartment and contents in good condition.
HOW TO BOOK
To make the booking of the apartment 40 % total amount should be paid. We can only reserve the apartment for you when the 40% payment has been received in our bank account.
We accept payments via bank wire transfer.
Payment Policy: The remaining 60% must be paid upon arrival at the apartment when keys will be handed over. This payment must always be made in cash.
* CLEANING FEES MUST STAY AT THE END OF 60 EUROS. This amount was paid upon arrival.

The apartment is located on the city’s main artery, to only 800 meters of the beach "La Mar Bella" one of the Barcelona’s best beaches,and "Olympic Village",in a privileged area of barcelona between Diagonal Avenue, at Pere IV near the Glories Plaza and the Forum area, in the 22nd district, Barcelona’s modern new technological district. It is approximately less than 2 kms from the old town and near to the Auditorium Centre Hall.
The apartment has excellent communications with the historic centre of Barcelona just 10 minutes away by Metro (Lines 1 "las glorias") and (Lines 4 "poblenou"). From the apartment you come to lines of metro just 15 minutes walking.And the number 7 city bus which stops 100 metres from the apartment.
The Beach "La Mar Bella" is only 800 meters.

The apartment's location is perfect for those who want to escape the crowds of tourist and stay in a modern area of Barcelona. Just 1 minute from the apartment you'll find the mythical tree lined "Rambla de Poble Nou" with bars, cyber-cafes, supermarkets and stores.
"Torre Agbar Tower" is to only 150 meters from apartment, (One of the recent addition to the Barcelona skyline is the Torre Agbar , the Agbar Tower, which symbolises a water geyser. Torre Agbar was built in 2004 and is 144 m / 474 ft high.
