This lovely south facing sunny semi detached villa is located in a quiet Cul de Sac on the outskirts of Torrevieja, Jardin del Mar , approximately 35 minutes from Alicante or Murcia airports on the sunny Costa Blanca.
Jardin del Mar is in a complex of villas with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 min's drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches. It can accommodate a maximum of 6/7 and is available for either short or long term holiday lets throughout the year. (We also have a ground floor apartment in a nearby road sleeping 5 - please ask for details)
Its southern aspect also makes this a warm villa for winter rentals as well as a total sun-trap for all you sun seekers out there! The large communal pool is for residents only and accessed by a key.
It is also ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within a 20 minute drive of the villa. There are bars, restaurants, two supermarkets, the Habaneras shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and Sports Complex all within walking distance. This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches.
The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, one double and two twins and two bathrooms. One twin bedroom is located on the ground floor next to the downstairs cloakroom so ideal for guests who may have mobility problems. It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style) A travel cot and high chaire are available at no extra charge. Parking is right outside the villa.
If needed there are hot/cold air con units in the lounge and main bedroom available on a meter. Wi Fi is available, please ask for details
The lounge has corner sofa seating along with a television with English TV (42 channels subject to availability) collection of music CD's, DVD player and a collection of DVD's and a PS2 with games.
Beach chairs, inflatables, beach parasol, cool boxes and buckets and spades are available for guests use.
There is also a dining area which seats 6. For your comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms.
All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Bed linen is provided at no additional cost. There is a hairdryer available
The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, food processor, iron, ironing board and washing machine. At the side of the villa there is a patio area for al fresco dining with a stone built BBQ. There are 2 solariums, one off the main bedroom and one on the roof with sun loungers, for all day sunshine!
The bathroom is fully tiled and comprises a full size bath with shower over, vanity basin and toilet. The other cloakroom is situated on the ground floor and has a shower and toilet.
The rates below include all utility bills, (air con is on a meter) your departure clean and being met at the property with the keys (Though for departures/arrivals between the hours of midnight – 6 am there is a charge of 20 euros payable locally) There is a small charge for a 7th person

Local Torrevieja Attractions: The Costa Blanca is an ideal location for a summer or winter sun holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year. Torrevieja is a fast developing Mediterranean coastal town situated approximately 30 miles from Alicante / Murcia airports on the Costa Blanca, in the south east of Spain. It is easily accessible due to the main N322 road and the A7 motorway and is an ideal location for a summer or winter sun holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year
It is situated next to the sea in the south of the Valencian Community and it boasts lots of beaches, a natural park and salt lakes where there is an abundance of flamingos and other wildlife. Due to the vicinity of the salt lakes, Torrevieja benefits from a microclimate that has been a long favourite with the Spanish and Nordic tourists who come year after year for its beneficial effects. Torrevieja has even been voted as one of the best places to live by the World Health Authority.
A popular place to stay, Torrevieja caters well for tourism, with plenty of activities on offer by day or night although it isn't a resort in the package holiday sense.The town provides first class facilities for lovers of all sports - there are golf clubs, a flying club, a variety of water sports and the municipal stadium with an athletics track, sauna and covered courts for tennis.Visitor numbers increase greatly during the summer months of July and August, and Easter is another popular time, it's no wonder with a fantastic climate, lots of restaurants and shops galore, Torrevieja is the ideal choice for a fun-packed holiday in the sun. It is also ideally placed for a short golf break, there are many professional golf courses within 20 minutes drive from the accommodation, notably Villamartin, Las ramblas and Campoamar
