These luxury villas are located in a prime elevated position just up the road from our main Club Oceano complex. These spacious villas are very close to the ever more popular old town fishing harbour and yet still within a 10 minute walk from the main beach and its promenade full of shops and restaurants. The villas, all south facing and in a quiet cul-de-sac road, are very sheltered from the prevailing winds making them a real suntrap and ideal for sun worshippers.
The accommodation is spacious with 3 large bedrooms, one with full ensuite bathroom and a further bathroom for the 2 other bedrooms. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. There is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying area. The villas are tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standards with quality furniture and satellite TV.
The villa leads onto a large covered veranda furnished with stylish patio teak table and chairs and equipped with a built-in barbecue, making this a perfect spot for outside dining. The ample sun terrace with large private heated pool is well provided with sun loungers and umbrellas. Each villa has its own private car parking space with gate as well as its own entry phone intercom.

Local Puerto del Carmen Attractions: There are 2 golf courses on Lanzarote. The first is " Golf de Costa Teguise", it is an 18 hole par 72 course and is 20 minutes drive from Puerto del Carmen. It is situated at the base of Tahiche's long extinct volcano and is surrounded by 3000 palm trees and various other examples of the islands unusual flora. The course was opened in 1978 and the facilities include a golf academy, pro shop, club and buggy hire, restaurant and cafe.
There is also a brand new golf course in Puerto del Carmen, it is 2 minutes drive (or a decent walk!) from this property and has received rave reviews from those that have already played there, including myself! Although the club house is not finished yet, the course in great condition, the views are great and you can hire clubs, buggies etc.
