Forget Spangland and come and rent a lovely 3 story townhouse in the center of Jacarilla, a village full of culture and serenity. Perfect for a family with young children, as the village has a kindergarden, primary school, buses to middle and upper school and the house is situated in front of a big park with swings, slides etc.
It is fully furnished with 1 single bed and 2 double beds, the kitchen has got all the necesities and there is a satelite tv antena ready to be conected if wished as goes the telephone line.
The property is very spacious, 3 bedrooms as stated above, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, a very large lounge-dinner, a spatious kitchen, 2 balconies and 1 patio, and last but definately not least a very large garage which fits up to 4 cars or more just to give an idea of the size.
The townhouse is about 20 minutes away from the beach and 15 minutes away from the nearest golf course. There is a swimming pool in the village as well as a leisure area where the are tennis courts and football grounds. There are plenty of shops in the village at walking distance as well as a pharmacy, doctors and all your other basic needs and there is a bus stop which will take you to all the surrounding villages and towns where you can then take the train to go to Alicante or Murcia or to wherever your heart takes you.
