It is well designed and maintained and is set within its own private walled garden directly looking onto the communal swimming pool. It is situated in a quiet beautifully designed residential area and decorated with quality furnishings.
The nearby large communal swimming pool is walled and fenced with a key supplied to ensure your privacy. The pool area boasts an outside shower and plenty of sunbathing area.
The property has it’s own private car parking space for one car. The small patio at the front of the property is an ideal spot to catch the Mediterranean sun and enjoy a drink or two!
There is an attractive fully furnished lounge/dining area with English TV and a fully equipped kitchen which includes a fridge/freezer/microwave/oven/hob and washing machine. Off the lounge there is a modern downstairs bathroom consisting of: bath/shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin and mirror. There is also a downstairs bedroom with 2 single beds & fitted wardrobe’s, ideal for wheelchair access.
There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with two single beds and one with a double bed, both with fitted wardrobes in each. There is an upstairs sun terrace leading off one of the bedrooms and also a second fully fitted bathroom with all the same features as downstairs.
The property is situated approx 1.5 miles from the lovely Villa Martin Golf course, and approx 25 minutes walk from the sea, several other golf courses are within a few miles of the property.
