Lovely two -bedroom air conditioned 1st floor apartment near Torrevieja centre with lovely view from balcony which gets sun from morning till noon.Recently renovated & with new furnishings. Sleeps 4-6 persons.
10 -15 min walk to Playa del Cura beach & Marina.Available as holiday rentals from 150 euros/week or as long term rental for 80 euros/week.
Good sized lounge with double sofa bed, arm chair and dining table with 4 chairs.TV / DVD player and i-pod dock/radio. Hot & cold air-conditioning. Balcony leading from lounge with pleasant view of park. Clothes dryer & patio furniture seating for 4 where you can enjoy a drink.
One double bedroom with build- in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables & lamps. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms for summers and oil heaters for winter months.. Second bedroom is twin bedroom with 2 single beds(one of which can be stored neatly underneath 1st bed) Free standing wardrobe for storage. Patio area from 2nd bedroom for extra storage space.
Well equipped kitchen with pots/pans & cutlery, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, kettle /toaster ,good sized fridge freezer and washing machine.
Fully tiled family bathroom with WC, bidet , basin and bath with shower over. Hairdryer and iron available.
There is a communal swimming pool/children’s pool for residents/guests which is open in season (from June-Sept)
Sun drenched communal roof solarium with magnificient views.
The apartment block is disable-friendly with ramps and 2 lifts. Road parking for cars- spaces easily available on the street .Secure entry of the complex.
For those who want to stay in touch with family & friends without spending lot of money on phone calls-an internet cafe open till late(charge 1 Euro/hour)is ideal.Convenience store for essentials are next door. Local blue flag beaches,Marina,Habaneras/shopping centre/supermarket, Friday market ,Aquapark (Aquapolis) bus station -all within easy 10-15 min walking distance. Plenty of local bus services to all locations (bus stop 100 meters) and car is not necessary to get around. A number of bars, clubs, & take- away nearby.
Torrevieja centre has clubs & international restaurants for all tastes..Variety of carnivals & festivals take place around the whole year which are popular events. There are many beautiful beaches, squares, walks, parks, gardens as well as some wonderful historical monuments.
La Mata with its large salt water lagoons & fantastic beach is around 10 min bus ride and is known for its medicinal effect to ease arthritis, rheumatism, eczema & asthma.Theme Park (Terra Mitica) with thrilling rides is about 1 hour by car.
Torrevieja is around 30-35km served by two airports -Alicante & Murcia.Well connected from UK by frequent low cost flights like Ryanair,Easyjet etc. Private airport transfers /meet & greet from Alicante/Murcia airports can be arranged for a nominal charge. Friendly English speaking local management services to contact if required.

Beach towels and other equipments like cot/pushchair & welcome food packs can be requested for small extra charge.
All rentals require 80 Euros refundable security deposit which will be returned at the end of rental after inspection.
