This first floor apartment(with lift)is bright and spacious and can sleep up to 8 people. From the entrance hall double doors lead into the very large lounge/diner with comfortable corner sofas, dining table and chairs, SAT TV/DVD, Air conditioning and huge patio doors out to the large furnished balcony overlooking the safe sandy beach, Marina and Bay of Pollensa.
A door leads to the large fully fitted kitchen/diner with vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer and table and chairs. The kitchen also has sea views and access to the furnished terrace in addition to a laundry room and interior patio housing the washing machine.
From the entrance a hallway leads along to one twin bedroom, one triple bedroom and a very large double bedroom (ample room for cot or additional bed) with small private balcony to rear. All bedrooms are located at the rear of the property and have fitted wardrobes and the double and triple bedrooms have air conditioning. Finally two full bathrooms complete this excellent accomodation.
A travel cot and highchair are available.
