The apartment is stylishly furnished with 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has sea-views and a large en-suite shower room.There is a family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a one way window so you can enjoy the view over the beach from the bath.The spacious open plan lounge is bright and sunny features an L-shaped seating unit, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD player,dinning table seating 6 and a fully equipped kitchen. The patio doors open onto the balcony with its fine sea views and there are 6 loungers and a table where you can relax and watch the world go by with a glass of chilled wine.
We supply all linen,towels, beach towels as well as beach mats, chairs and umbrella. Regret no smoking or pets allowed. There is also an additional charge of 60 euro which is payable locally upon arrival for cleaning the property when you leave.
Prices start at 350 euro in low season (Nov-March) mid season 450 euro(April, May and Oct) to 700 euro per week in high season(June- Sept). Reductions of 10% for rentals of 4 weeks and over.

Local Guardamar Attractions: Guardamar is a delightful seaside town much favoured by the Spanish themselves due to its 14 kms of golden sandy beach and warm Mediterranean Sea. The town has an old historic area with ruined castle, a splendid park with duck ponds,play areas and a cafe.There are plenty of fine restaurants and bars to choose from and many small individual shops selling everything from shoes to furniture.
The apartment is located at the far end of the town opposite the beach and there are several wonderful restaurants all within a few minutes walk. There are also several supermarkets nearby and the town centre is less than a 10 minute walk so everything is within easy walking distance. There is ample on road parking outside the property and a small local bus also runs along the road.
