Our apartment at Costa Rica is a child-friendly two bedroom one bathroom property which sleeps a maximum of
4 (child cots are available by arrangement). Boasting a spacious
lounge/dining area with a 32" flat screen Tv ,Dvd and a selection of books for your use.With a fully fitted kitchen and utility area, the apartment makes a great base for a holiday exploring the local area, enjoying the beautiful beaches and the glorious Spanish weather. The ground floor apartment opens onto well tended grounds with superb sea views of the Mediterranean and, on a clear day, the North African coast! The apartment is fully air conditioned and in a small secure gated private complex with underground parking. Within the well tended gardens is a pool and children’s play area. A short walk brings you to the restaurants, tapas bars, shops, internet cafes, banks and not forgetting the beautiful unspoilt beaches . It is ideally suited for families and couples and we can accommodate larger groups as we have access to other two and three bedroom accommodation nearby (prices and availability on request). With extended families we find this has become a popular choice for being able to holiday together.

Our apartment provides ideal family self catering accommodation - and with a lovely pool and children's play area - is perfect for young families. Couples and winter sun seekers. Golfers could find themselves spoilt for choice with the superb golf courses available. The complex is completely secure and gated and situated on the front line of the unspoilt Mojacar Playa - within easy reach of local shops, supermarkets , restaurants beach bars and banks. The local bus service stops right outside the complex so nowhere is more than a bus ride away but if you chose to hire a car, parking is totally secure within the complex.
Visit the gorgeous Costa de Almeria and stay in our delightful apartment. Relax the by the pool, chill out on the beaches or, for those with energy - how about horse riding, scuba diving, Aquaparc, go-karting ? and don't forget the golf.
