We would like to welcome you to our home in Spain!
Our two, two bedroomed apartments are ideally located for those wishing either a chilled out break or an active beach or sporting holiday.They are fully furnished to the highest standards with everything that you will need for a carefree holiday in the sun.
With two balconies, and a full rooftop solarium, you can laze away the days or use the pool which is provided exclusively for the 14 apartments in the complex (it never gets too noisy or crowded!).Our rental times are flexible to allow you to take advantage of the low cost flights to either Alicante airport (45mins away)or Murcia airport(20 mins away).In the apartment you will find a fully fitted kitchen, satellite tv with 34 channels including Sky Sports 1 - 2 -3 and BBC and ITV to let you keep up with the soaps, dvd player,full air conditioning, floor and ceiling fans, fully equipped bathrrom with shower,plus everything that you might need - barbeque and table and chairs on the solarium and even a cool box and picnic sets for those days out or on the beach.Our rental rates are per week not per person and are fully inclusive of all linen, towels, cleaning etc. All we ask is that you bring your own towels for the beach or pool.Why not call us on 0044 (0)115 9637219 or email us for more information and we will send you a brochure in the post or email more information back to you.
Our prices are very good value for money, but hurry - we are booking up very fast.
You have three golf courses on the doorstep almost as well as horse riding, go karting,and crown green bowling.

Our second apartment, a few doors away, also has SAT TV, a huge lounge and kitchen and rooftop solarium. Please enquire for LOWER costs and availability for this second apartment..A welcome pack is also provided with our compliments which includes water,tea, coffee, milk and a bottle in the fridge for the grown ups!
We can also provide you with names and details of renters from past years who have had a really enjoyable time at our apartment - their words not ours.

Also we do not insist upon a set departure time from either apartment. If you have a late flight, just arrange with our local agents when you will be leaving.

Local Attractions: You are spoilt for choice for bars and restaurants either in Villamartin Plaza or nearer to the apartment.
There are three championship golf courses within a few minutes drive, and the Blue Flag beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Playa Flamenca are a short drive away. There is also go karting, horse riding(just over the road), and many more activities all located very close by.Some great restaurants and bars are close by at Villamartin Plaza as well as our four "locals" Alba, Cheers Bar, Wolfies Bar and Frankies German Bar.Also just over the road you will find restaurants at Wolfies bar and next door to this a fantastic value for money Chinese restaurant.
