The property is built as one of a total of four apartments in the building, which is approached via stairs leading to the front balcony, allowing guests to dine outside or just soak up the sunshine. On opening the front door, you enter the lounge/diner. On the left is a fully equipped kitchen, which includes washing machine, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and numerous utensils. Continuing around to the left is the fully tiled bathroom which has a three piece suite with a shower over the bath. At the rear of the property is one double bedroom with sliding doors fitted wardobe and chests os drawers. The second bedroom has twin beds and ample wardrobe/storage space. There is a double sofa bed, and underneath, a pull out bed for a child in the lounge for additional guests. The whole of the apartment's floor area is fully tiled. Parking is outside in the quiet road.
There is a superb communal pool hidden only 1 minute walk away, with a shallower pool for small children. The sunloungers and umbrellas are also for anyone's use. Up a few steps from this is the stone furniture BBQ area and up a few more steps is the walled sunbathing terrace.
The apartment has local bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, etc. about a 10 minute walk away if you don't want to go far.
We would ask you to bring your own towels for the pool/beach. Unfortunately we canot cater for pets and the apartment is non-smoking.
Flights, car-hire and even coach excursions can be arranged, as can pick up to/from the airport if wished.
A holiday to suit children, golfers, sportsmen or just a relaxing break. Great rates, flexible booking dates, e.g. midweek to midweek, or an odd amount of days, or long stays by arrangement, really great value for money. Any second week would be only an additional £100. Price is for the apartment,not per person.

Price is from £140 for the apartment (not per person) inclusive of final cleaning,electricity and water. Bedlinen/towels supplied. This modern, first floor apartment with two bedrooms, is furnished to provide a relaxed and comfortable holiday for up to four adults and a child. There are fans/radiators for your comfort at no additional cost, as well as a DVD/video player and CD/mini Hi-Fi.
Sun, sea, superb communal pool, BBQ area, and sun terrace. 3 championship golf courses, Blue Flag beaches,only a 10 minute drive away. A 10 minute walk to a 24 hour shop, local bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks etc.
Great rates, flexible dates, short or long stays welcome.

Local Villamartin Attractions: The Blue Flag beaches of La Zenia, (10 minutes drive, approx 3 km.), Cabo Roig, Campoamor,and Playa Flamenca are very near. These beaches are a series of small sandy bays, and are very well cared for. Some have bars and meals available.
There are 3 championship golf courses nearby, the nearest being Villamartin Golf Course (which previously hosted the Spanish Open), and nearby are Las Ramblas and Campoamor.
At Villamartin there are magnificent surroundings for golfers, many bars and restaurants, supemarket, banks and green parrots!
There are aqua parks,a very busy night life and markets at Torrevieja. Or perhaps go out for an island trip in a glass bottomed boat. At Torrevieja and Quesada are aqua parks which the children will love.
