There is lift access to the first floor where the apartment is situated. The apartment is away from the road, therefore offering limited road noise, and is south facing overlooking the pool area.
On approaching the apartment you will notice it has decorative fitted security ironwork fitted over the front door for added security and peace of mind when not in the premises.
This apartment has recently been refurbished having the bathroom updated, and has a vanity unit with porcelain sink, marble top, cupboard space, and a mirror with lights above the sink. There is a bath with overhead shower, Toilet, and Bidet. The apartment has also had new sliding patio windows fitted to the lounge leading out onto the balcony. From the lounge you will walk out onto the terrace which overlooks the pool area and offers nice views over the hills and a small sea view. The terrace is south facing and catches the sun throughout the daytime. There is a patio set for 4 persons on the terrace, and an extendable drying rack for any washing/towels you may have. There is also a BBQ area on the balcony.
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony area. There are smoke detectors fitted in the apartment.
Linen and towels will be provided along with a welcome pack on arrival.
The studio has 2 single beds, a dressing table, ample storage in the double wardrobe, and 2 bedside cupboards, and dressing table draws. We also provide:-

The nearby San Telmo is a lively terraced display of local Tapas bars, and restaurants offering spectacular views to the seafront and overlooking the beach.
If you wish to eat in, then 50 metres to the rear of the apartment is an excellent Mercadona supermarket open from 9am - 9pm offering fresh bread, a fresh fish counter and all the usual supermarket goods at very reasonable prices.
A few minutes walk from the Azahara will take you to the beach front where you can either walk to the Centre of Los Cristianos, which takes only a few minutes or to Las Americas, which again is only a short distance away. Whichever route you should decide you will enjoy a pleasant walk taking you past numerous shops, restaurants and bars, offering traditional Spanish food. Or you could just spend the day on the lovely beach which offers a full range of water sport activities.

Local Attractions: The transfer time from the airport to the apartment is approximately a 10-15 mins drive. The location of our apartment couldn't be better, it is based between Los Cristianos, and Las Americas, no transport is required. This private complex is positioned only 150 metres from the golden sands of Vista Sur Beach, (the sand was imported from the Sahara), which is surrounded by a large range of excellent shops, and restaurants offering food for all tastes at reasonable rates.
