Outside, the terrace/garden offers 6 chairs and 2 tables as well as 2 sunloungers and is also lit at night. Perfect for breakfast or relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine or two! Or for that al fresco meal after a hard day at the beach!
Moving inside, the beautifully furnished air-conditioned lounge contains a 3 seater sofa (which is also a double sofa bed) chair, coffee table, rug, side table, pictures and lamps.
For your entertainment, there is a stylish wall unit with TV, DVD/CD as well as a selection of parperbacks and magazines.
The dining area contains a dining table and 6 chairs and standard lamp.
From the lounge is a useful serving hatch/breakfast bar to the well equipped, modern kitchen, which contains oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a separate utility area containing an airer, hoover, additional sink and washing machine plus iron and ironing board.
Just off of the hallway is a handy shower room/WC containing shower, WC, plus marble topped vanity with basin inset and mirror.
The master bedroom contains double bed, built in double wardrobe with chest of 3 drawers, bedside cabinets, rugs and lamp as well as pictures and a mirror. The owners have also thoughtfully provided a hairdryer for your use. There is also a heater for winter lets.
The second bedroom contains twin beds, built in wardrobe with chest of 3 drawers, bedside cabinet, lamp, rug and pictures. There are also blankets, heater and duvets for winter lets.
The main bathroom contains a bath (with shower over), bidet, WC and basin in a marble topped vanity unit plus mirror.
The lovely pool and gardens are less than 25 yards away and the pool has a separate children’s section.
With only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach, plus a good selection of bars and restaurants, this is a very stylish apartment for all the family.
