For your entertainment there is Satellite TV (BBC1 / BBC2 / ITV/C4/Sky News/Sky Sports/Sky Movies etc), Hi Fi, DVD plus a wide selection of DVD's and paperbacks for your use, as well as a Guest Information File to help you make the most from your holiday!
The property contains everything you would need for a special holiday, including a parasol, 2 sunloungers, BBQ, table and 6 chairs, plus the views from the large sun terrace are uninterrupted.
The property is very well equipped with first class kitchen appliances as you would expect in a property of this quality including oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and hoover as well as a good supply of cooking equipment, utensils & crockery. There is also a door from the kitchen which leads onto a fully enclosed patio area which contains an airer. In addition, for your safety, there is also a fire extinguisher provided.
The dining area includes an extendable dining table and 6 cushioned chairs.
But if you wish to eat on the terrace, a BBQ is provided. Or why not have breakfast on the terrace and watch the beautiful sunrise?
The air-conditioned master bedroom contains a double bed, double built in wardrobes with full length mirrored doors, plus excellent storage space including a 5 drawer chest with shaped mirror, bedside cabinets, lamps and a ceiling fan for your comfort.
The en suite to the master bedroom has a fitted shower cubicle, WC, basin, matching wall mirror with shaver socket and lights.
The main bathroom features a jacuzzi bath (with shower over), bidet, WC, and basin in a marbled top fitted vanity unit plus lights and shaver socket.
The air-conditioned second bedroom has another double bed plus excellent storage space including double built in wardrobes, 5 drawer chest, bedside cabinets, lamps, plus shaped mirror as well as a ceiling fan for your comfort.
The air-conditioned third bedroom has twin beds and lamp, plus fitted double wardrobes with excellent storage space including double built in wardrobes + 5 drawer and 3 drawer chests with shaped mirror plus a ceiling fan for your comfort.
Two superb swimming pools, (one for adults and one for children), a children’s area and tennis courts are in a lovely setting, just a few minutes walk from the apartment. Shops, bars and restaurants are within a short distance.
The fantastic sand duned beach is also only a 5 minute drive away.
