The apartment benefits from:
- A lounge with two sofas. There is a satellite TV (with UK channels), DVD and radio.
- A Kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
- Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin beds; both have wardrobes and chests of drawers for storage).
- A bathroom with bath/shower and w/c.
- Outside the property has a private garden with table and chairs, BBQ and sunloungers. There is secure off-road parking available and a shared pool for residents and guests.
In addition, children are welcome and the apartment is also suitable for the elderly. Towels and linen are provided (please though bring your own beach towels) and the apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and post departure.
Weekly rental prices are:
January: 150 Euros or £120
February-March: 170 Euros or £135
April-May: 205 Euros or £165
June-September: 250 Euros or £200
October: 205 Euros or £165
November-December: 170 Euros or £135
These are the total (ie. not per person) all-inclusive prices. They include electricity, water, towels (not beach towels), bed linen, administration and cleaning of the apartment prior to arrival and post departure. A 50 Euro damage deposit will be taken on arrival, and is returnable providing a satisfactory inspection of the property at departure. The option of renting for incomplete weeks (eg. long weekends for a short golfing trip) is available. Discounts for long term rentals are available.
Beaches: Cabo Roig is a delightful blue flag beach, situated just 10 minutes drive away. It benefits from a sandy beach, restaurant, bar and marina. Other blue flag sandy beaches of similar distance are La Zenia and Playa Flamenca.
Golf: The property is also only 5 minutes drive to three golf courses: Villamartin (which previously hosted the Spanish Open; green fees of 60 Euros), Las Ramblas (green fees of 45 Euros) and Campoamar (green fees of 50 Euros). La Finca, situated at the foot of Mount Escotera, is around a 30minute drive away (green fees of 75 Euros). Note all green fee prices are based on 1/10/05.
Two bedroom fully furnished apartment with private garden and communal pool is situated in a peaceful location within Villamartin, and is conveniently situated between Alicante and Murcia airports. The apartment is within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants and is close to a number of local golf courses and blue flag beaches.

Local Villamartin Attractions: Villamartin is a beautifully landscaped development which provides magnificent surroundings for golfing and the whole family. The apartment is within 5minutes walk of a supermarket and a couple of bars / restaurants (including one with pool and snooker tables) while the stunning Villamartin Plaza complex (which has many further amenities) is a 5minute drive away / 25minutes walk. Further, the main town of Torrevieja is a 15minute drive away and has shops, beaches and a water park. The local salt lakes (Laguna/Salinas) which have large natural areas and cycle paths are also around 15minutes drive away, as is a Go-Karting track on the N322 towards Torrevieja. Further inland are the mountain ranges which offer breathtaking scenery, while those interested in the more traditional Spanish culture can visit the local old towns of Orihuela, Elche and Murcia, all of which offer fine architecture and museums. Alicante and Murcia, which both house international airports and a large variety of shops, are respectively 50 and 30minutes drive from the apartment.
