The apartment benefits from:
- A lounge with two sofas. There is a satellite TV (with UK channels), DVD and radio.
- A Kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
- Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin beds; both have wardrobes and chests of drawers for storage).
- A bathroom with bath/shower and w/c.
- Two combination heating / airconditioning units.
- Outside the property has a private garden with table and chairs and sunloungers. There is secure off-road parking available and a shared pool for residents and guests.
In addition, children are welcome and the apartment is also suitable for the elderly. Towels and linen are provided (please though bring your own beach towels) and the apartment is cleaned prior to arrival and post departure.
Weekly rental prices are:
January-March: £175
April - June: £200
July - August: £225
September: £200
October - December: £175
These are the total (ie. not per person) prices. They include cleaning prior to arrival and post departure. A separate damage deposit will be taken, and is returnable providing a satisfactory inspection of the property by our keyholders. The option of renting for incomplete weeks (eg. long weekends for a short golfing trip) is available. Discounts for long term rentals are available. All days and times are available for arrival/departure. Welcome packs and airport transfers are also available as chargeable options.
Beaches: Cabo Roig is a delightful blue flag beach, situated just 10 minutes drive away. It benefits from a sandy beach, restaurant, bar and marina. Other blue flag sandy beaches of similar distance are La Zenia and Playa Flamenca.
Golf: The property is also only 5 minutes drive to three golf courses: Villamartin, Las Ramblas (with its stunning new clubhouse) and Campoamar.
Two bedroom fully furnished apartment with private garden and communal pool is situated in a peaceful location within Villamartin, and is conveniently situated between Alicante and Murcia airports. The apartment is within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants and is close to a number of local golf courses and blue flag beaches.

Local Villamartin Attractions: Villamartin is a beautifully landscaped development which provides magnificent surroundings for golfing and the whole family. The apartment is within easy (c. 5minutes) walk of a number of shops (including a supermarket), bars and restaurants. The stunning Villamartin Plaza complex, which has many further amenities, is a 5minute drive away / 25minutes walk.
There are a number of additional activities that visitors can undertake when staying in Villarmartin such as:
- Cycling. The local canal runs for many miles and has cycle paths next to it which makes it an ideal day out. Bikes can be hired from "The Bike Shop" at www.costablancabikehire.com; they can deliver and pick up the bikes from the apartment.
- Go-Karting is available, with the track c. 15mins drive down the N322 towards Torrevieja.
- Scuba Diving is available at www.costablancadiving.com. Their office in San Miguel de Salinas is c. 10mins drive away, but they can pick up from the apartment.
- Inland are the mountain ranges which offer breathtaking scenery, while those interested in the more traditional Spanish culture can visit the local old towns of Orihuela, Elche and Murcia, all of which offer fine architecture and museums.
- The main town of Torrevieja is a 15minute drive away and has shops, beaches and a water park.
Murcia airport is a 30 minute drive away, with Alicante airport at around 50 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended and is available from the airports.
