Defined lounge area with double sofabed, bedside table, lamp and ceiling fan above the bed. Dining table and chairs, plasma TV, English channels, DVD player with DVDs and radio CD.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and clean bedlinen and towels are provided. For stays of two weeks or more there will be a change of linen half-way through your stay.
We want you to enyoy your stay at our apartment, that is why it is fully equipped with everything you need to spend lovely vacations: plasma TV with satellite channels, radio & cd player, dvd player, films in dvd, cabin of shower with hidromassage, microwave, washing machine, sheets and towels (please provide your own beach towels) and a safety deposit box. The apartment has been completely refurbished this year. It is on ground level, and has superb views to the swimming pool. Centrally located for shops, activities and restaurants. This apartment is special for many reasons, just by taking a look to the photos you can have an idea!!

Local Tenerife Attractions: Notes on accommodation:
This really is a great place for families, as the pools are safe and are patrolled by a lifeguard. Everything is within walking distance of your apartment, so a car is not needed, unless you wish to explore the island.
Outside:
Good sized terrace. Table and chairs.
Golf:
Mareverde is ideally situated within a 15 - 20 min taxi ride of 5 golf courses: Golf las Americas (9 holes), Adeje Golf (9 holes soon to become 18), Los Palos (9 holes par 3), Golf del Sur (18 holes) and Amarilla Golf (18 holes).
Travel:
Tenerife South airport is about 20 mins away and the taxi fare is 20-25 euros. With shops, restaurants etc being so close at hand here, you probably won't need a car
Distances:
Los Cristianos 3 miles. Los Gigantes 25 miles. Mt. Teide 45 miles. Airport 15 miles.
Further details:
The area is very well served by buses which will take you all over Tenerife. Mount Teide, Santa Cruz, Los Gigantes and Puerto de la Cruz are all within easy reach by bus.
Booking notes:
A deposit of 50% is payable to reserve your booking. The balance is payable cash at arrival. For handing the keys and cash payment, we have two options, you call us when you arrrive at the airport and we meet you at the apartment or (which we recommend) we have a friend that deals with transfers from and to the airport (50 € round trip), when you arrive at the airport he is already there waiting for you, he brings you and takes your luggage to the apartment. In this case you pay the service plus the week difference to him. For this reason, flight details need to be precise, and if there is any last minute change we need to know.
