Just up the coast lie the more developed resorts of Duquesa, Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella, while in the opposite direction you encounter Gibraltar famous for its "rock" and Tarifa renowned for its wind and kite surfing beaches, along with its whale watching trips and excursions to North Africa .
