Casa Nina located on a new complex to the northern end of Guardamar, Casa Nina is ideally positioned for a family holiday, whilst as ever we do recommend you hire a car, the town center is approx. twenty minutes walk and beautiful un-spoilt beaches and dunes ten minutes walk. The property is a ground floor two bedroom apartment, consisting of one twin bedroom, and one double bedroom, separated by a full bathroom, the kitchen is fully fitted and separate and consists of a fridge freezer, oven, and hob, washing machine and iron and ironing board. The lounge diner offers seating for four persons both table setting and lounge seating, along with television. From the lounge there is a small garden leading to the swimming pool and car park areas.

Local Guardamar Attractions: Located next to the mouth of the River Segura, Guardamar overlooks a long beach bordered by a large expanse of sand dunes covered with pines and eucalyptus. The setting is one of the most unique scenes in the Land of Valencia, with an original combination of extensive coastal dunes protected by a verdant forest, fertile fields and orchards and the omnipresent beach and the Mediterranean sea. The forest parkland of the Dunas de Guardamar, with over 800 hectares running parallel to the coast, is a wonder in a class of its own.
