We have 4 properties available at Montgo sol all have the following:
A double aspect lounge, with comfortable sofa, tv/dvd,cd and soft furnishings, the dining table and chairs is for four people. This leads on to the lovely covered patio area with loungers and table and chairs, this property is made for outdoor summer living.
The galleried kitchen has granite work surfaces and white units washing machine and fridge freezer and leads to the patio area. All basic provisions are provided all we ask is that what you use up you replace.
A lovely master bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes, and a double bed.
The smaller bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobes.
A lovely family bathroom has a bath with shower screen,toilet and bidet, and a vanity unit housing a basin.
A separate wc with hand basin and mirror
Covered parking space.
All linens supplied with the exception of beach towels
Maximum occupancy for this apartment is four persons
Montgo Sol is situated just 10 minutes from junction 62 of the A7 (AP7) motorway, 65 minutes from Alicante or 60 minutes from Valencia Airports. The cosmopolitan town of Denia, is within walking distance and the superb sandy beaches, rocky coves and marina are within a short drive. The apartments are also only a 15 minutes drive from both Oliva Nova and La Sella golf courses.

Local Attractions: There are over 3,000 national and regional Spanish festivals every year. Fiesta's, Saints Day's, Romerias (picnics to religious shrines) and Verebenas (night festivals on the eve of religious holidays) are all celebrated with great spirit and energy.
Fiestas take place throughout the year and are mainly religious, but with influences from their rich cultural history and of Pagan festivals. There are fiesta's that are particular to local towns and the regions of Spain and the town of Denia has more festivals than any other town in Spain. Some of the most well known and most celebrated are as follows
The Moorish presence in Spain lasted almost 800 years from 711 until 1492 and each year a Festival to mark the end of their reign is celebrated, it is one of the largest festivals celebrated by towns within in the Alicante province.You will see an array of awe-inspiring parades and costumes. The "invasion" is re-enacted every year normally on the first day of the fiesta with the accompanying canon and musket-fire and the following day the Christians stage an attack and retake their castle with even more enthusiasm. During the week there are daily parades with each group represented by their flags and in costumes of their elected colours with a harmony of the brass bands playing Christian or Moorish music.
Las Fallas
Las Fallas is undoubtedly one of the most unique and crazy festivals in Spain. It is a feast day for St. Joseph, the patron saint of carpenters, and is celebrated over a five day period. Starting in the early evening, young men with axes, chop holes in the caricatures and stuff them with fireworks and on the stroke of midnight, the statues are lit. Each year, the most popular one is spared from destruction by popular vote and exhibited in the local Museum along with favourites from previous years.
Besides the burning of these figures, there is a myriad of other activities during the fiesta depending on the town, but can include bullfights, parades, paella contests and beauty pageants
The northern most region of the Alicante province, situated in North Costa Blanca, stretches from the town of Calpe through to Denia. Arguably the most stunning and unspoilt part of the Costa Blanca, with buzzing coastal towns enveloped by some fantastic mountain ranges and also the quieter more traditional inland villages of the Jalon and Orba Valleys, which are surrounded by farmland, vineyards and olive and citrus groves. The principal towns of the Marina Alta include Moraira, Javea and Denia.
This area of Spain boasts a minimum of 325 days of sunshine each year, with temperatures ranging from 16c in the winter to 32c in the summer. Unlike the Costa del Sol, which is very arid and can be oppressively hot in the summer, this area of Spain is very fertile and it is not surprising therefore, that you will find an abundance of exotic plants and greenery. Being nestled within fantastic mountain ranges helps keep the winter temperatures very mild compared to the Southern Costa's.
This particular area of Spain has been voted as one of the healthiest places to live by the World Health Organisation.
