-The kitchen is fully equiped (dishwasher big stove)and handmade.
-The living room has a special staircase to the roofterras (18 square meters) that has a view on Figueres on one side and on the other side on the Pyrenees
-A bathroom with bath, separate shower, hardstone washstand.
-separate toilet.
-floorheating in the whole appartment and a wood-burning stove.
-total surface is 70 square meters
-Nice mediteranian garden, in which you can relax and find different sorts of plants, trees and herbs (can of coarse be used).

-Winehouses (our neighbour Mart Fabra is making great wines- Robert Parker sorts him under the 40 best winemakers of spain!)
-Nice local town Figueres (10km)with main atraction Dali museum.
-French town Ceret (modern art museum)
-Many good restaurants.
-Golf Resort Spa Perelada (5km) (F.C. Barcelona is every year coming for a relaxed week off)
-Music Festival de Perelada. Very famous artists, orchestras etc. to see.
-Mountain rivers for a fresh bath.
