Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge. There is also a returnable damage deposit of £100. For longer winter breaks, reduced rates are negotiable. All prices include electricity, linen and water. There is a one off cleaning charge of 60 euros payable on arrival.
A light and spacious fully hot/cold air-conditioned apartment on the second floor, just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Guardamar which have the Euro blue flag for quality and cleanliness. Only 15 minutes from the Marina with restaurants and bars stretching along the harbour. Only 400 yds from Masymas supermarket with English products on sale. You are a 10 minute walk from Guardamar centre that has lots of bars, restaurants and street cafes plus a nightly market stretching along from the town centre to the the promenade.

Local Guardamar Attractions: Marina a short walk away, blue flag beach with chidrens play area, boats for hire and sunbeds. A large selection of bars which serve a menu of the day for a very reasonable price and fish restaurants.
Guardamar has an excellent market on Wednesday with fruit, veg and everything else you can think of all year round.
