This 3rd floor apartment is centrally located on Calle Carebeo, one of the prime streets in Nerja within a few minutes walk of the Balcon de Europa and the beaches. There is a lovely communal pool and large communal roof terrace, with sunloungers, tables and chairs.

Bedroom - twin beds, fitted wardrobes, french doors to balcony
Living/Dining area - 3 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs, dining table, 4 dining chairs, french doors to balcony
Kitchen - fridge, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster
Bathroom - toilet, basin, shower over bath, washing machine
Outside - balcony with views to the sea on the left hand side, table, 2 reclining chairs, communal roof terrace and communal pool
Entertainment - satellite TV with freeview channels
Notes - changeover day will normally be a Saturday, but can be flexible outside of peak season. Discount offered for bookings of 4 weeks or more. Wheelchair inaccessible as there is no lift in the building. Special rates available for long term rentals during winter months.
