Complex offers large swimming pool, small Jacuzzi pool, tennis courts and lovely gardens. A car is not needed as everything is on your doorstep. Beach is just a 3 minute walk, taxi rank & bus stop is just across the road. £ supermarkets all within easy walking distance. All the bars and restaurants of Calahonda are all walking distance too.

Local Calahonda Attractions: About Golfing
I'm sure you have heard that this area is known as the Costa del Golf. They are not lying. Costa Del Sol is famous for its variety of golf courses on offer. Something for every level spread out from Malaga right to the opposite end of Estapona. None of them more than a 30 minute drive.
About Sailing
There is a choice of 3 great ports within a 10 minute drive from each other. Cabopino which is nearest, Porto deportivo in the heart of Marbella, and the famous Puerto Banus all of them offering sailing trips. There are many more ports along the coast if you want to travel a little further Benalmadena, Fuengirolla to mention just 2.
About The Gay Scene
Just a 12-15 minute walk along the coast from the apartment is one of the largest gay & naturist beaches in Europe. Las Dunas is renowned for its summer solstice celebrations when hundreds of people attend the bonfire parties. There is a lovely beach front bar (cherinquito) right in the heart of the beach packed in the summer months and closed during winter.
About Beaches
It is just a short 3 minute walk to Calahonda beach this is literally on your doorstep. Just walk 10 minutes in the marbella direction and you will come upon the beautiful beach and lovely port of Cabopino. This is where El Dorado was filmed and offers a dozen lovely restaurants and bars. A must whilst in Calahonda.
About Bars
The apartment is located within 2-5 minutes walk of around 40-50 bars a restaurants. Based around El Zoco, Calypso and several other retail & commercial area's. for a wider selection of bars and clubs Fuengirola and Marbella are an 8 minute taxi ride away. Walking distance to both taxi ranks and bus stops. Car hire is across the road and the nearest train station is a 8 minute ride away in Fuengirola
About Weather/Climate/Temperature
The area has an all year round season, the winter days are beautiful but a little chilly in the evening. The summer is hot hot hot, July and august being the hottest. April -June and September-November are the best time for a comfortable temperature.
About the Airport Information
Airport MALAGA is no more than a 30 minute drive, transfers can be pre arranged by many of the limousine and taxi services. Another option is to take the train that runs directly from the airport into Fuengirola station the a taxi to the apartment.
About the Scenery/Beauty Spots
Many beauty spots, nearest being the lovely quaint port of cabopino and adjacent beach.
About Children’s Activities
Fuengirola offers water parks, zoo and go karting along with sealife centre and many more attractions to keep the kids entertained all within a short bus, taxi or ride away.
