A beautifully presented private four bedroom villa, located just five minutes drive from the nearest shops, beautiful family-friendly beaches and excellent restaurants. Ideal for a family get away or for a romantic hideaway.
The location commands both beautiful sea views and panoramic vistas of the surrounding wooded hillsides. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful residential area and is truly a home away from home and so is ideal for anyone wishing to get away for a completely relaxing holiday. Keen golfers will be relieved to know that a 9 hole golf course is only a 10 minute walk away!
Your own large gated entrance leads from a private parking area, up through a private garden to the apartment entrance which is recessed to appreciate some welcome shade. With your own private terrace in front making it convenient to enjoy a delicious barbeque or just to relax and enjoy your surroundings.
The villa is divided into a self contained apartment and an upper level villa.
The upper villa is luxury personified. The front has a barbeque area with an outside kitchen and terraced area. The front door leads through an utility room equipped with a washing machine and fridge. Leading to the main kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher cooker and fridge freezer, as well as a microwave oven.
The main living and dining area is exquisitely decorated and connects with the Master bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite shower and bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. It also connects with a second bedroom which also benefits from its own shower room.
The Naya is reached by a set of sliding doors and gives protection on those hot hot days you should be enjoying.
Downstairs is a separate apartment which is equally well equipped as the rest of the villa.
Through the entrance you are presented with a sitting area equipped with television, satellite system and a DVD player supplied with modern DVDs for your enjoyment. Through a connecting archway is a superbly equipped kitchen with a oven & hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a washing machine located in your own separate laundry room. All necessary essentials to make your holiday most enjoyable.
A short hallway interconnects two beautifully presented bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Adjoining to these bedrooms are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with an en suite. Both are finished to a very high standard with built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The apartment benefits from central heating when required.
Located above the villa is a terrace with sun loungers and a swimming pool. This terrace has spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and surrounding hillsides which are dotted with the lights of other villas in the evening and has amazing views of ships sailing by on the sea. Making it a perfect setting for a glass or two of wine while relaxing and taking in the warmth of a beautiful evening.
Bed linen included (change each 7 days). Final cleaning included. Towels are included. Parking included.

Local Attractions: The local restaurant is amazing, with good food and excellent service. The villa is in a excellent position as it is in easy traveling distance of Benisa, Moraira town and Calpe. All of which have a great mix of international restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Moraira has one of the most excellent family-friendly beaches in the area and has according to the World Heath Organisation one of the most healthiest climates.
Moraira has a market day on Fridays, while Benisa and Calpe have their market days on Saturdays.
Nearby, are the larger towns of Javea, Denia, Benitachell and Benidorm, all well worth a visit and only 30 minutes by car.
The St. Jaime golf course is a pleasant 5 minutes drive away so the villa is an excellent choice for all those keen golfers out there! (Not to mention the distractions of the Golf Club).
