The apartment has secure parking, lift and a private communal swimming pool. Included in the rental rates are all utilities, bathroom towels and linen. The apartment has UK TV Channels such as BBC, ITV. There is a library of books, CDs, and over 100 DVDs. There is also a travel guide and information on the area. The apartment is a 1 minutes stroll of bars and restaurants unlike others on the Island. There is a bus stop opposite the apartment which runs every hour into the Town. Day trips can be arranged with a pick up point outside the apartment complex. If you decide to hire a car during your holiday, there is a rental firm next door to the apartment block. The Golf Complex is approx 2km away and has 18-hole, par 72 course within a 5 minute drive from the apartment. The Golf Course's close proximity to the sea and its lush vegetation make it a wonderful place for a great round of golf. My agent is close by should you need assistance. Much sought after Area on Isla Canela beach... We have furnished it to a very high standard and the apartment has everything one could wish for. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, iron, etc. The apartment sleeps up to five guests and has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is en suite and has patio doors that lead directly onto the lovely terrace balcony. The second bedroom is a twin and has a shower room/toilet next door, making it ideal for families or couples. The best feature is the large terrace with views of the Ocean towards Portugal and is stunning in the evening. For those who want to simply sit and relax as the sun sets ahead this is the ideal location. There is a highchair and a travel cot with mattress. The TV also receives all UK Channels such as BBC, ITV,The management company are close and are on hand should you require any assistance on your visit
