Living Room:
The living/dining room is furnished with traditional Spanish style furniture and comes equipped with flat screen TV with Sky, DVD player, 2 settees, coffee table, dining table and a ceiling fan. Patio doors lead out onto private patio and small garden.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven and grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Also comes with numerous cooking utensils and crockery for 6.
Utility Room:
Accessed via kitchen housing water heater, washing machine, clothes airer and storage unit.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – Air conditioned room with double bed on 1st floor with patio doors leading to sun terrace. Fully fitted wardrobe space with bedside cabinets and table lamps.
Bedroom 2 – Twin bedroom on 1st floor with fully fitted wardrobe space with bedside cabinet and table lamp.
Bedroom 3 – Twin bedroom on ground floor with fully fitted wardrobe space with bedside cabinet and table lamp.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 – on 1st floor with bath and shower, WC, sink with vanity unit and bidet
Bathroom 2 – on ground floor with walk in shower and WC.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provide. For two week bookings, towels and linen will be changed after seven days. The property will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival and at the end of your stay.
Notes on Accommodation:
Al Andalus Thalassa is a private gated development and therefore provides a safe environment for children. A parking space is allocated in a designated bay outside the property. The property has two dual air con/heating units, one in the living room and one in the main bedroom. A travel cot and high chair are available if required. Welcome packs can be provided if you plan to arrive late into the evening.
This private gated development, has been built and furnished to a high standard throughout. The residential areas are separated by beautiful walkways and fountains with seating for relaxation. There are two large communal pools and a separate children’s splash pool surrounded by large landscaped areas with palm trees which provides shaded areas. Al Andalus Thalassa is suitable for both summer and winter breaks as it also boasts an indoor spa with gym facilities with heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and hydro-massage showers. Other facilities include a tennis court and a well equipped children's play area, all in your own back yard! Our duplex property boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and includes all the added extras you will need to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The property is air conditioned and furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings comprising living/dining area, kitchen with utility area, 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms with bidet.

Local Vera Playa Attractions: Coast/Beach:
The development is approx 5 minutes drive from the nearest beaches at Vera Playa and approx 10 minutes from the fishing port of Garrucha with its many bars and restaurants, providing locally caught seafood. A great place to visit is Mojacar Pueblo positioned in the foot hills of the Sierra Cabrera which is a great place to enjoy the bars, restaurants and local curios. Mojacar Playa is very vibrant with its many restaurants, tapas bars, shops and local stores catering for all tastes and needs. Also, the beaches of Mojacar Playa are long, clean and un-shadowed by high rise development.
Golf:
Almeria is turning into a major holiday destination for golf enthusiasts thanks to the growing range of golf courses and resorts and Al Andalus Thalassa affords easy access to the best courses in the area. With an average of 322 days of sunshine per year and the fact that this is the driest area in Spain, the region provides golfers with perfect conditions for playing the game over the winter and spring seasons. The property provides an excellent and central base for golf enthusiasts, with four of the best regional courses within 15-20 minutes drive.
Further Information:
There are two large supermarkets close by, Mercadona and Consum. The Consum sits in a small development housing the Wok Buffet which is very popular and reasonable priced. Behind this building are various restaurants, bars and cafes which are all within a 15 minute walk from the property. Each of the local villages host a colourful and typically Spanish local market on a different day of the week. For children there is the Water Park at Vera open between May and September providing great fun and value for money. Sea enthusiasts can enjoy diving in the rich sea beds of the bays around the Cabo de Gata, water skiing, windsurfing or boat trips on the Mediterranean. For those who prefer mountains the area offers many routes for walking, cycling, horse riding and caves for underground exploration.
