This attic loft is a place for sun lovers, with its two private terraces getting sun all day long!!! It is an 45m2 totally new -refurbished and decorated by architect and interior designer- apartment, extremely well situated, sleeping up to 4 guests. The terrace at the same level has 25m2, the upper one 45m2, where you can enjoy the view of the Montjuic and Tibidabo mountains or just take a sunbath in the two hammocks whenever you want. This attic loft is a big open space, getting sunlight in the entire apartment.
The bedroom with double bed can be separated by a curtain. There is a sofa-bed for 2 people in the living room, table inside and outside for 4 people. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a huge mirror and is separated from the main room. In the terrace there is a “parasol” to sit in the shadow and have a drink and relax after a busy day having visited Barcelona. As usual in the old town- there is no elevator, so access to the apartment (4th floor) is by walking up the staircase. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Local Barcelona Attractions: The apartment is extremely well situated, on a quiet street without traffic, just 2 minutes walk from the City’s main square, the Plaza Catalunya and 1 minute walk from the famous Ramblas –the main boulevard of the city. You can catch the airport bus to Plaza Catalunya and walk to the apartment, by crossing Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas.
The nearest metro station is “Plaza Catalunya”, at the top of the Ramblas, easily accessible from the apartment, as well as many other metro lines, trains and buses.
The neighborhood is very cozy, with small restaurants, outdoor cafes with terraces where you can take the sun, small shops where you can buy everything and the famous museums MACBA and CCCB are just around the corner. In Plaza Catalunya you can catch up the tourist bus to see all the tourist sights of Barcelona or you can take a walk for Passeig de Gracia to see the wonderful Gaudí buildings. Crossing the Ramblas you’ll get to the “Barri gotic” –the Gothic Quarter, to see all the famous buildings of the old town and the Cathedral. And the port and the harbour are at the end of the Ramblas, just a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
