This lovely apartment is available for long let for 400 Euros per month plus bills.
The location is good close to orihuela and Murcia. La campañeta is a small spanish village with bars, restaurants and supermarket, but close to larger town of Orihuela and city of murcia. The road links here are excellent. There is a pre school and primary directly opposite the complex, where they teach spanish & english. There is a good local bus service to Orihuela, were there is excellent shopping, the hospital is very close by.
The apartment has a front tiled and gated garden on the ground floor, and then a raised covered terrace to the entrance of the house. The lounge is quite a good size and is bright and airy. Then through into the galley style kitchen, with plenty of wall and base units either side. The kitchen is finished in a cherry wood and has solid granite worktops, appliances included oven, hob, extractor and washing machine. There is a small seperate utility area outside the kitchen. There is air conditioning, ceiling fans and security grills to windows. Then there are two bedrooms, the first being a twin bedroom and then second a double bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes. There is family bathroom also.
Outside it a large communal swimming pool that is quite private and has a large sunbathing area.
