A small single storey townhouse (ground floor)in an area where narrow winding streets and quaint passageways criss cross with small squares and with all amenities available i.e. shops, chemist, ATM, parks etc. Tapas bars and restaurants. Open air swimming pool available in the summer. Just 5kms to Gandia and over 17km of Blue Flag beaches and 8kms to the Moorish town of Oliva.
